Compared to most properties I've lived at since I've been in the Vegas Valley, Cabana Club Apartments are at the top of my list. The maintenance crew works really hard to fix any problems that may arise and the apartments are in very good condition. The overall scenery of the complex is way above average compared to most. As far as previous reports of domestic disputes disturbing the neighborhood, it has only happened once that I can recall. And let's be honest, we do live in Sin City. Things like that are going to happen no matter where you are. I really enjoy being a resident here. The only category in which Cabana Club falls short is it's office staff. The two leasers, Sharon and Autumn, obviously do not like their jobs and it shows. It's sad to think that those two might be misrepresenting the kind of community Cabana Club Apartments is. Want to make a fairly decent comparison of Cabana Club Apartments to the majority of complexes in Vegas' Take a tour of Tamarus Park and then go see Cabana Club. You'll see for yourself, the difference is night and day. Cabana Club Apartments is a better choice.
