I just read the last review and that guy is crazy! Cabana Club is fantastic and the staff is sooooo nice! I checked around and everyone charges for water and trash.

Great place and I recomed it to everyons.

ps great parking!

The guy said "and in the middle of our lease, they are making changes so we have to pay for water and sewage" meaning his lease was signed and they didn't have to pay and in the middle the added it. It is fair to charge before the lease is signed but not adding in additional fees 1/2 way into the lease.
