Where do I start' This used to be a great place but it has gone downhill lately.

Some of the lines on the parking lot are so light you can't see them at all.

People park crooked, taking up more than one space, and it's already tight enough.

The lighting in several areas is really bad.

The lights have gone out but
even after several calls to the office, they have not been replaced.

(particularly scary on the back side of the mailbox area...

although that one was fixed after almost a month)

The "fitness area" is a joke.

It consists of a treadmill, a stairstepper, a
stationary bicycle and a free weight machine.

The treadmill sometimes comes
unplugged while you are on it, or it will skip, or sometimes just stop.

The
bicycle doesn't even have a plug anymore so you can pedal, but you will get no resistance.

The office staff is completely rude.

Unless you are there to look at an apartment.

They will bend over backward to accommodate you before you are a tenant.

They are rarely in the office when they are supposed to be.

On a recent Saturday, I went to pick up a package.

They are supposed to be there
from 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturday.

I got there at 9:15am and the sign on the door said "Will Return at 3:00." A few days later I had to call during their supposed hours to have maintenance fix one of the many things that are falling apart in my apartment.

Of course, the staff was not available.

The answering service said they would be there in one hour.

I jokingly asked if they really would be or if she just had to say that.

She LAUGHED and said
"I seriously doubt it.

They are never there." Pretty bad when your answering service makes those kind of comments!!
