pros: quiet (i guess depending on where, usually around the 3 br its loud because of kids), grounds are kept clean, conveniently located around malls, stores, and fast food restuarants, not on a busy street, washer and dryer located in hallway not outside on patio, good water pressure, decent people living in the neighborhood. prompt maintenance, friendly management, airport near by if you like to travel.
cons: extremely outdated interior including kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and cabinets (kitchen and bathroom drawers only pull out about 8 inches), everything is also electric, no pets allowed, extremely small gym (if thats what you want to call it), airport near by if you don't like the noise.
due to the interior being very outdated i don't agree that a one br apartment here should be $825. i have been searching for 2 br apartments and found good quality ones cheaper than this.
i would still recommend this place because its not like you have gangbangers and car thefts or drug dealing as far as i know like most places in las vegas.

u cannot give an apartment complex credit for the stores & shops nearby. The apartments right next door or down the street have the same stores & shops nearby. NO DOGS is a PRO not a CON. Dog owners are rude & irresponsible. Why should my children have to worry about being chased down by a mindless mutt or have to look out for dog feces when they play outside in a NO DOG COMMUNITY? Besides, who wants to listen to a dog bark all day and all night long.? That's why I intentionally moved into what I was told is a NO DOG COMMUNITY. Maybe you dog owners shouldn't be so deceitful & not move into an apartment complex that does not allow dogs...supposedly!
