This place is a joke! I lived in this building for a year and 7 months and should have moved sooner then what I did. We had a bug problem and when my roommate told the office about this NOTHING was done about it. Right after I moved in we has our kitchen sink back up and this old drunk maintenance guy showed up and did nothing to fix the problem. Our kitchen sink once again backed up causing the master bathroom to flood my roommate called maintenance many times and never got an answer. After calling me at work to tell me what was going on, I called maintenance myself after 5 calls I got an answer. I was told we'd have to "deal with it." It was Sunday and his day off! A few months after that mess our dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor all the way to the hallway, we once again called maintenance to fix the problem or do something about the water coming out of the dishwasher until the next day when the office could get someone to fix it, we were told he was on his way over to fix it. No one ever showed up! Then rent is raised when ever they feel like it. Things were always falling apart and not getting fixed.
