Has a roach problem. The tenants like to put notes about it in the elevators too.
Maintenance is good sometimes but definately not prompt.
There was a fire in the building in '08 who's results can still be seen on the west side of the building outside.
the outside was spruced up a bit to look better.
You have to pay an additional 30 for each covered parking spot.
Each floor has a different stink. Elevators break down frequently.
So does the front gate, and they only recently got it working again.
They aren't forceful enough with policies, so people take advantage of it.
The trash chute rooms constantly have trash in them. Each hall stinks.
Half of the doors are in disrepair despite being locked by keycards.
Not too good about sweeping up broken glass in the parking lot.
People urinate in the stairwells. And pet owners are very inconsiderate.
Sadly most places in Vegas are like this but this is probably not the better of them.

I have lived there for two years. That does not describe the place I live. I have seen much improvement since the new manager came here. It's affordable, my apartment is nice, a great location and I have a beautiful view of the city. I have to strongly disagree with the previous comment. 5th floor resident!

I lived here for 2 years too all things considered it's one of the lesser evils so to speak. Though the fire kind of bothered me.
