I have lived at the Camden Del Mar for six months now. Without a doubt it is one of the nicest, cleanest, and friendlest places I have ever lived! The area is wonderful; stores, shopping, and places to eat a second away. The area is safe and features a ton of parks and walkways.
The apartment is outstanding: fireplaces, a very large and private balcony, and new microwave, and counters. The value of the apartments are very reasonable and you would be hard pressed to find a cheaper place in an area so nice.
No, I don't work for the apartment complex. This review is just from an honest, rent paying tenant who kisses the ground he found a place like this in Las Vegas that he can afford. MOVE HERE!

I'm moving out of Camden Del Mar after 2 years only because I need a bigger 3 bedroom unit. The units here are merely a compressed large 2BR with a smaller room added. Other than that, this is the PERFECT complex to live in. It's safe and literally footsteps away from shopping at Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants. The maintenance guys are friendly and prompt (honestly, I did need them for the various minor repairs over the years) The only 'cons' I'd say would be the always changing leasing staff (if anything, it's been a different friendly face from time to time) and, depending on what area of the complex you are in, some times spare parking is scarce But minor complaints for such a wonderful place!! p.s. I don't work for the complex, either
