Please don't move here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Well, i came here from San Francisco Bay Area, i'm used to crime and all that...so this place was nothing to me in that area...though people have been robbed at gun point, cars stolen, and a meth lab was busted in the complex and the Management refused to let the nervous parents know what happened(i happened to ask the police while they were there, so i knew) My sisters apartment, had standing water for 2 months and they wouldn't fix it, THEN TRIED TO HIT HER WITH A HUGE BILL... I had cockroaches everywhere in my apartment, and the mail man told me that people are stung my scorpions there all the time(that freakd my california self out) The management seemed so nice when i signed the lease, but quickly turned evil, except for the nice blonde girl who worked there, she was real nice and always helpful!!! Niccola and Amy(brown haired one) ARE EVIL!!! i just moved out on the 20th, and THANK GOD i'm out of there... The Pool at Phase 2 flooded twice... and both pools NEVER WORK...and the hot tubs are usually out of order as well the neigbors are all great though, nice mix of people, the kids are always having a good time...that i must say oh yeah, if you want friends to visit, expect them to have to park outside of the complex!!! and if you have two cars, the same for yourself AND THE GARBAGE AREAS SMELL LIKE RAW SEWAGE MIXXED WITH ROTTEN EGGS... plus, they put STREET LIGHTS RIGHT IN FRONT OF BEDROOM WINDOWS... and they mow the lawns at 9am on saturdays...which is not great for sleeping in don't move here, especially if you hate roaches!!!
