Pros:

- Decent price per month
- Interesting neighbors
- Near an old abandoned Wal-Mart so plenty of room to set off fireworks on the 4th of July
- Pool area open all summer for anyone including unlimited guests
- Gated community; Password protected
- Dogtober Fest is a blast!
- Security shows up most of the time when cars get broken into
- Retro style apartment

Cons:

- Unresponsive management
- Apartment appliances not efficient (electric costs higher than the average apartment)
- Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors
- Gates are always open, many people outside of the community knows the password. Its been the same since 2004!
- No garages available, just carports where people always take your spot
- Dog poop everywhere
- Management seems racist
- Grounds not kept (our lightpost in our area has been missing for months' The darkness in our area promotes crime!)
- Open parking is bad
- Old windows has bad draft


I have lived here for three years and every year I notice how much the buildings and the grounds have deteriorated. More and more of the friends I have made in this complex have been leaving to rent condos or townhomes which offer more at comptetive prices. You can rent a single family home for the same price as what you would pay here. The upfront price may be somewhat attractive to some. However, it is worth paying an extra hundred or so a month somewhere else that is safer. I initially started renting here 3 years ago and rent just keeps getting higher every year. I would love to move out, but due to my physical state, it is very difficult.
