MY WIFE AND MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS APOX 18 MONTHS AGO AND EVEN BEFORE WE MOVED IN WE HAD PROBLEMS. THE APARTMENT THAT WAS ON THE BOTTOM LEVEL WAS NO LONGER AVAIBLE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO MOVE IN. THEY HAD MOVED MYSELF AND MY WIFE WHO WAS SIX MONTHS PREGO UP STAIRS. FROM THE START THE CARPET HAD STAINS, THE CABNETS IN THE KITCHEN WHERE BARELY HOLDING TOGETHER, THE APPLIANCES DID NOT WORK, I HAD THE GAS COMPANY OUT TWICE BEFORE CAMDEN COULD FIX THE ISSUES. A MONTH INTO THE LEASE I SAW MY VERY FIRST SCORPIAN AFTER BEING A RESIDENT IN VEGAS FOR SIX YEARS! AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THAT "ITS THE DESERT, WE WILL SPRAY AND THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE" I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR EIGHTTEEN MONTHS AND LAST MONTH MY WIFE AND MY SELF WERE STUNG BY A SCORPIAN. TO GO BACK TO THE THIRD MONTH OF OUR LEASE WE NOTICED THAT WE HAD LITTLE BUGS IN OUR ROOM, I CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD AGIAN "TAKE OF IT". AFTER SPRAYING FOR THREE WEEKS IN A ROW I HAD AN OUTSIDE COMPANY COME AND TELL ME THAT "THIS IS THE WORSE CASE OF BED BUGS THAT THEY HAVE EVER SEEN". I WAS QUESTIONED IF ANY OF MY FURITURE WAS "USED" AND OF COURSE IT WASNT. I CONTACTED MGMT. AND THEY ACCUSED ME OF HAVEING USED FURNITURE, AND PROVIDED RECEIPTS AND THEN IMMEDATELY THEY WERE APOLIGETIC. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD THROW AWAY ALL MY PADDED FURNITURE AND I WANTED THE PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF WHILE I WAS ON VACATION. I GOT BACK A WEEK LATER AND THE BED BUGS WERE EVERYWHERE. THEY HAD DONE NOTHING! I TOLD THEM THAT I WANT TO MOVE INTO A NEW UNIT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX AND WAS DENINED. I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY, HE WROTE A LETTER AND THEY MOVED ME TO A NEW UNIT. WHEN I MOVED INTO THIS NEW UNIT ALL APLIANCES WERE SOOOOOOO OUT DATED THAT I REMEMBER THE STYLE OF MICROWAVE FROM WHEN I WAS TEN, AND I AM 25 NOW. THE MICOWAVE TOOK DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT IT WAS SUPPOST TO TAKE TO HEAT SOMETHING UP. I CONTACTED THE APARTMENT AND ONCE AGIAN, "WE WILL FIX IT". THEY SAID THAT I HAD TO USE A DIFFERNT SETTING AND ON THE WORK ORDER THAT THEY GAVE ME STATED THAT THE WAURITY EXPIRED IN 1989! OF COURSE THE TECH DID NOT FIX IT AND IM STILL STUCK WITH THE SAME MICOWAVE. NOW, BACK ONCE AGIAN TO THE MOVE IN OF THE NEW UNIT, I OPENDED THE OUT SIDE CLOSET DOOR AND IN A PLASTIC GROCERY BAG WAS A GLASS CRACK PIPE AND CONDOMS, I CALLED THEM IMMEDATELY AND THEY STATE "OH THE LAST RESIDENT THAT WE EVICTED HAD A PROBLEM AND HE JUST MAY OF LEFT THAT THERE". ONE MONTH AGO MY WIFE WAS STUNG BY A SCOPIAN AND THE NEXT NIGHT I WAS STUNG, I HAVE A 9MONTH OLD SON AND I WORRY ALL THE TIME, TO BREAK THE LEASE IT WILL COST ME 3000.00. IT HAS COST ME MORE IN FURNITURE MOVING EXPECES AND WATER BILLS (40 EVERY MONTH) IN THE LAST EIGHTEEN MONTHS THAN ANYWHERE I HAVE EVER LIVED, AND I LIVED IN SAN CLEMENTE CA., FOR FOUR YEARS PRIOR TO COMEING TO VEGAS. THIS PLACE IS NIGHTMEAR, THE MGMT IS A JOKE, THE SERVICE IS A JOKE, AND JUST PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE.

it won't cost you $3000 to break the lease, it will cost you one month's rent plus one day's rent.
i know- i just moved out of there six days ago.
