well its the ghetto first of all. i was walking my dog and found myself in the midst of a murder crime scene with blood trails and csi ppl taking pictures and metro everywhere. they are here all the time for something or another a week befor ea guy had gotten assaulted and robbed of his gun and they couldnt find the gun or the ppl who beat this drunk fool up. the pool is constantly closed. they closed it in december and didnt open it until mid july. bugs everywhere roaches everywhere i spray my own apartment and have raid on hand constantly. i think my microwave is one of the original models and takes 3 minutes to melt a stick of butter...they wont replace it until its completely broken. my dishwasher doesnt clean at all i have to scrub all of the dishes before they go in its basically a sterilization unit. my washer is broken and they cant fix it but it still runs with extreemely loud nioses so they wont replace it. my toilet started spraying water everywhere and broke and it took them a few days to fix it when i threatened to call a plumber and take it out of my rent. the mini blinds do not work at all. my neighbors are douchebags play music so loudly i can hear and feel every word in the shower with both tvs on. they definately over charge rent here and i cant wait to move into the house i bought so i can get out of the ghetto and not have to worry about being shot while walking the dog.

I agree these apartments are the worst ever the roaches are out of controll the staff dumb the place went down hill when they started renting to the gettho black folks tha scares us i dont fell safe here i would be glad when my lease is up in november

OMG!! I agree. Did you know they are starting one bedrooms at $540/mo now??? No wonder all this ghetto trash is moving in! Thankfully my husband & I have guns. This place went way downhill. We are buying a home soon and breaking our lease.
