I can honestly say that when I first moved into Camden Pointe that I was skeptical because I was coming from the worst rental experience of my life!! My husband had recommended this complex to me over a year previously, but after viewing the location I was very concerned about safety. We ended up moving into a different complex, on my request, BIG MISTAKE!! After spending 13 months in the worst "luxury" community known to mankind, I was so ready to try anything that I agreed to my husbands request,filled out an application for rental, moving into the community five months ago. Not only is the management staff very easy to work with, the grounds are kept clean, security is always visible, and it's so quiet that I simply can't believe I didn't agree to move in here sooner. The gym and pool are kept spotless, I've had no worries about my vehicle, and I'm not scared to walk the grounds at night. For couples, singles, or families, I would recommend that you move in here as quickly as an apartment becomes available, you won't regret your decision for a second. Since moving to Nevada, I've never lived anywhere I feel as comfortable as I do here. My neighbors are quiet,those I've met have been pleasant and friendly, this complex is pure quality! And for what you get, a condo like atmosphere, it's an incredible value too. This will be my last apartment, if and when I move again, it would only be into a home. And for those of you on a budget, my utility bills have decreased by half, unlike other so-called balanced utility complexes ... this one really means what they say! I cannot say enough about this property, and it's all positive.
