These apartments are great, very spacious and excellent pricing. But as a young woman living with no roommates for the first time, the area is horrible. I just moved to Las Vegas from CA, and it has not been very welcoming. The first weekend after I moved in, my car got stolen from the parking spot right outside my apartment. I saw the security guard the next night and asked him if he had heard anything or known anything about the incident, and he had no idea. Shouldn't he have been informed about it' The very next weekend my neighbor got arrested. Ifyou are not concerned with safety, than this is the place to rent, otherwise a different area would probably be best.
