These apartment homes have very unique floorplans and are very large. The pool is beautiful as well as the fitnss center. The people who are running them quite another story. To all those late payers, next time you get an eviction filed on you for non payment you may ask yourself why your 5 day was not notarized on the 4th of the month like the one submitted to the courts. The reason you ask'''''' It cost money to notarize 60 5 days so if and when the courts find out it could be big trouble. Alot of people do not know about this web site so I wonder what would happen if the word really got out.

The lady is right, we have rented from cantera fro about 6 months now and we had a problem witht eh people working there. One of the people working there has been harassing our kids and then a month later he blew a fuse on us and the next day we went to talk to the management and they said they were going to evict us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The site is very useful for people that can't wright a complete sentence and are unaware of how a business runs. Policies are put in place for a reason. Just like any other job that you might of work at. To people with common sense and social skills, these comments on each of these properties are not even worth reading, being that you cant even understand what their trying to say. To top it off living in houses are worse than apartments if you plan on renting. To top it off, you have other communities dying to rent apartments because of vacancies, that they put grammatically incorrect sales pitches as responses. This site is a joke. Lastly, no matter where you live its no going to be perfect unless you make millions. And if your wondering, I would never never work an apartment complex. I wouldnt want to be dealing with idiots that cant even right a sentence.
