It is dirty, the sidewalks need power washing. Hugh roachs running around the side walks. Palm Tree's need to be trimmed. They advertise work out room,can't use it broken. The computers are always breaking down. No net in the tennis court. Sometimes I'd go to the office for something and I'd wait a long time. I let one one of the managers know that there was glass in someone parking space and she ask me to sweep it up. They alway have glass in the parking lot and hugh oil spills. Save all you recepts , that you paid rent. They gave me an eviction notice me. When I'd ask to get thing fixed, most of the time they would come out. They are lazy and rude in the office. If you try to brake you lease, you will owe alot of money. It is ghetto & nasty.

Well queenoftheworld if you paid your rent on time maybe the office wouldn't evicted you I'm sure that if you didn't wait till the last minute the office could of worked with you and also I'm sure that when you signed the lease you were told what are the penalties!!! Don't act dumm? Also the hughroaches you talk about I'm pretty sure there running the sidewalks were you live know.
