We moved in the apartments about 8 months ago, and even though we really havent needed any maintenance done, the office workers are so snobby! I think they are more concerned about their hair and makeup then they are about their tenants. The apartments are small and have a crazy set up, which makes it look small.
I also dont understand the concept of a gated entry when there are food menus and junk hanging from your doorknob every single day! What security that is to have freaks roam around and put things on your door. And I have yet once to see the security officer at the gates past 6pm, when they close. So that part of the deal is not very secure. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine's boyfriend, and a few others, just got their car sterios stolen from their car last week! And they live right across from the freaken office!!
I must agree with the other previous tenant about the dishwasher though, it does NOT clean for anything! Weve tried everything and it just does not work at all, you end up hand cleaning your dishes after its ran. That will be my first maintenance call.
And its so gross that the people who own pets do not pick up their dogs mess in the courtyards. Yeah, like I really love trying to walk my dog at night, jumping around mounds of crap!
We keep our aparment very, very clean so when our lease is up, we better get ALL of our security deposit back, otherwise there will be hell on earth. Just from a little story I was recently told by an old tenant. I hope they're ready for a lawsuit when I move out!
