I lived in these apartments in 98, and they were really bad then. The management never took care of anything that needed attention. There was one incidence when we found poop in the pool floating and nothing was done. The didnt even make an effort to warn people, little kids were swimming in there too. I had a family emergency and had to break my lease early, but there was a letter written 30 days in advance, and the management told me that was all I needed to do. Three years later I was getting a call from an collection agency, telling me I owed them 2500 dollars, because they were unable to rent the Apt due to extensive damage but could never produce maintainence reports.
