Moved in barely a day when the bedroom door had to be replaced,it fell off, the carpet was only surfaced cleaned not deep cleaned, no padding in carpet and they had the gall to admit they gave it to me in this condition and said if I wanted new carpet I should pay $50.00 more a month. had to have the linoleum replaced was given to me all stained. When it rains water seeps into the floor. I call to have that fixed and their response is that they have a stack of orders that mine is probably in there --they´ll eventually get to it. All they gave me was a towel to clean it up!!! you can tell the person before me had an animal because the carpet smell of urin where the water seeped in and affected the area that was once sprayed.
