I've been living at Canyon Lake for more than a year now. I really like the location and my apt. But as far as the office staff are concerned, they are a total joke. I agree they do lie, they are rude, less than friendly and completly incompetent when it comes to their jobs. I tend to wonder where they find such morons. It's ridiculous that so many people with such a lack of intelligence can find work in one place. But ya know what they say' Birds of a feather... I do have to say I'm glad those two ------- who used to run things are finally gone but don't think that because they're no longer here things will get better. Reason being, I paid my rent today and needed a reciept as well as putting in an order for maintanence to come and fix a couple things. Anyway, while I was there giving my rent check to another unknown employee (seems they go through so many of them.) Did I get a thank you, a smile or even a hello'' Of course not, I have no idea where they find such rude individuals' It completely blows me away!! Don't get me wrong there have a been one or two nice staff members who have worked in that office within the past year but of course they didn't last longer than a month or two, who knows why they left' I'm guessing they were fired because they were nice and had some credible brain cells so the demons that ran things probably felt threatened and got rid of them. As far as the tenants are concerned the ones I've talked to are nice, some have issues, but then again, this is Las Vegas and unfortunately it seems as though most people that live in this area are messed up by one thing or another. Not to mention most people in Vegas are very unfriendly, disrespectful and incondsiderate, for some reason this place just gravitates that type of persona.
