The outter apperance of this complex makes it very desirable... close to a #1 theatre complex, excellent restaurants, shopping, the library/art museum. The exterior is well maintained; but upon enterring the complex you find ineffective management, almost nonexsistent maintainance staff and it's obvious there is no screening of prospective residents! The common areas are VERY poorly maintained... obvious malcontents since there's alcoholic beverage containers and other trash strewn throughout the property. Was told the property is under new management... I hope and pray they can safe what could be a excellent property from staying a slum in the heart of beautiful, desireable area!!!
