Well since Ive lived in vegas Ive always lived in the 89117 zip code and this is not at all the worst apartment complex Ive seen. The staff, I dont quite understand what everyone is speaking about the worst customer service...They were all so very friendly to me and if I have a situation with something the problem is corrected right away. If you are thinking about Canyon Lake I highly recommend for you to speak to their leasing agent Schyler. He would never give bad customer service. My area is quiet,clean, and the apartment itself, if ive needed maintance they are at my door within 24hrs of my original call.
