I have been living here since 2003 and I never had an issue with my surrounding tenents. Ever since one particular tenent moved in a couple of months ago, all I have been dealing with is extremely loud music from the apartment, rocks being thrown at my balcony, and curse words yelled at me, plus my car being scratched. All this because I advised the apartment of the issue at hand. The complex claims to not tell who is complaining, but how would the tenent know if there are 4 other apartments around them, but I am the only one getting harrassed.

I have all my complaints noted. A total of 37 between the answering service and the office.

When I contacted Sherry, she told me that they only show two complaints and that she was going to issue the third and final, before eviction notice. She did as I was there and I saw them deliver it.

As I am sitting here writing this comment, the music is still blaring and I have contacted the office again. Was told Sherry was in a meeting and continued to explain the situation, and advised them that I witness the children of this couple distroy the lighting by the Sahara entrance pool. Those kids took apart 4 lights and threw the globes into the pool.

My lease is up 5/04 and I am moving out. I can not handle the disrespect from the office and everything else that goes on here as well. Another apartment in the same building as me was closed off by the police for drugs and prositution dealing. The office never advised of anything for the safety of the residents. Those are the types of people they attract.

Hope this helps at least one person with kids to stay away. No one deserves this.
