Sorry but to the person who thinks that the reason I called the office staff "demons" is because of late rent fees or broken rules. I can assure you, I've never paid my rent a day late because if you pay it anytime after the 1st of each month you're socked with a 25.00 late fee. As far breaking the rules plenty of other people that live here do that for me. Tonight was no exception. Seems the office staff is renting to whoever they can these days. When I moved in I had a background, credit and references checked. Now I doubt very seriously any of those things are being done to the prospective tenants. I wouldn't advise going to the pool either because chances are you'll end up swimming with a trash can or maybe a chair or two. Seems some of the losers that are now renting in this property are extremely bored and excerising their energy in vandalizing the property starting with the pool areas. It's really sad, because like I've stated previously I really like the area and my actual apt. Just a shame that every other person that moves in here must've saw an ad for Canyon Lake in the Whitetrash.com website. (if there is such a thing)' One more thing I would like to address seems that there are all sorts of trash on the premises everything from used condoms and tampons on the sidewalks to beer bottles and chicken bones thrown in the bushes for my dog to find. The property is supposed to have porters to clean up this sort of mess but of course it's not getting done. Big surprise! Once again, it wasn't like this 2 years ago. I'm actually thinking about breaking my lease just to get out sooner. Such a shame.
