As far as the staff goes, it just seems that everyone here in Vegas has an attitude as well as lies out their asses. I used to come to Vegas to visit before actually moving here 1 year ago and could not wait to move into this complex. When I first drove through the front gates with my daughter we were like oh yeah we would love to live here! If I only knew then what I know now! When my husband and I decided to move to this complex I bragged and bragged to him about how beautiful this place was and yes at times it is but most of the time it is not. My husband has hated it here from day 1! We cannot even walk our dog at night without stepping in at least 1 or more piles of dog ---- due to other tennants letting their dogs run out their front door and ---- and not cleaning up after them. (We both have witnessed this on occassion). The pool, give me a break!!! It is soooo dirty and dead roaches float around in it. The filter hardly ever works and then you have the teenager trash having sex in it, right as you sit there trying to enjoy yourself, and to make it worse they sit around with other teens who probably do not even live here and drink out of big bottles of vodka pool side. Now mind you this is during the day as staff walk right past showing potential residents the wonderful grounds! HELLO!!!! What a great first impression for them! Can they maybe open thier eyes and take care of this ----. We pay a lot of rent to live here and what we are getting for our money is pathetic! The one good thing I can say about this place is I have never had a problem with the maintenance, as long as they get the complaint from the office staff. I guess 1 out of 100 ain't too bad.
