When we moved in we were told there would be an additional 50.00 if they had to change the carpet. They claimed they did and yes rent went up but we had big staiins on the carpets. New'....I dont think so!! Also everyoone at some point gets in a bind 2 days late eviction notice then when told we paid no one knew what was going on. Maintanace is GREAT. 3wks after moving in 3 things barbcue, bike and pet carrier stolen off the porch office said oh well 1wk later both my boys bikes gone th is is sad but trueand the worst thing is the office said nothing at all.
