I can tell you from a lot of experiance that this is NO place to live. The management is very poor. While we were living there, there must of been 25 different people working in the office. Everytime we went to pay rent they had someone new. The maintenance is terrible also. We had a leak under counter in the master bathroom. It took them over 3 weeks to fix it. Every time we took a shower, bath, used the sink or toliet more water would collect under the carpet and the carpet was soaked. When they finally got it cleaned they never even had a carpet cleaner come out and clean the carpet because of the water damage. Then when we moved out they charged us over $100 because the carpet was very dirty there. That is just one of many stories I could tell you here. I can see that from the ratings all of the others have left, this apartment complex won't be recommended unless they start taking into consideration their tenants and tenants wellfare.
