At the City of Las Vegas council meeting held 3/15/06, the applicant 7400 Pirates Cove LLC requested and received approval to convert this 138 unit apartment complex to condominiums. The applicants representative was asked "so you expect a conversion to be taking place within the next six, twelve, eighteen, or twenty four months'"

The answer was "yes".
