Yes, Canyon View has been approved for a condo conversion. However, this does not happen overnight and is a long-term project. We are still renting apartments and giving our residents 100% customer service! When the time gets close or any changes are made that affect our residents they will be notifies immediately and any new prospects will be advised prior to their move in. Our current residents have been kept informed and many participated in the approval process. Canyon View is a wonderful place to live! Come see for yourself! Our staff will be more than happy to show you around!
