I find it scary that someone can go on line and freely slander! I know the manager at this community and she makes every effort to run this community right. Guess what, crime, yeah, just like anywhere else but it is the residents and their guests that create the crime! the manager is not responsible to babysit everyone. If a manager was superman then why does metro need thousands on their force. According to you one little manager could do it! We have security and he does a great job. Management evicts people that are a problem if they are provided with the complaints in writing like the courts require. Managers have to follow rules and the law too and they are limited as to what they can do to make someone move. Oh and I see you are blaming metros response time on the property also. ODD! Management provides pest control every week. If you have found ONE roach..have your place sprayed. P.S. Mangement does not control nature either. You give the girl far too much credit! Yeah the front pool is closed but you fail to mention this is a 138 unit community that has TWO pools and spas. The location by the office has been open all along! It is usually empty so why don't you use it' Oh god yes...and the cars. P.S. management can not deny someone a home because their car is ugly! get over it. This is a great place and I have lived here through several managers. This manager is tuff and doing the best she can within the law. What goes on here is no different that anywhere else....unless of course you are living in your ivory tower instead of Las Vegas. How about some parents supervising their own kids' How about residents taking an interest in the community and working with management. By the way, if the police department can't legally enforce curfew and such how do you expect a manager to do it. Give me a break. I wonder what people would write about you if there was a website to critise your work performance. Many things are in the persception of the person. I am offended that I see the staff work so hard here and you can just go on line and run them down. By the way, you got a free garage with your apartment, most places charge. How is it you have a parking problem unless you have an unauthorized car' I don't hear you complaining about the free water either. Guess what I love my apartment, it is huge. I love this area. vegas has changed over the years. If you don't like it then quit trying to get the cheap rent and go pay high dollar where you will have the same problems but pay more for the privilege! Go away if you dont like it here! By the way, they only do 6 month leases here so if you have been here a year then you VOLUNTARILY renewed a lease! WHY! If it so bad why didn't you move instead of electing to stay!!!!'''''

Sounds like office staff trying to defend there horrible jobs hahahaha I love it. but its not cheap here and there is no pest control ever lol.

Oh Please!!! Cheap!! I don't think so. Pest control, Never once, even after several requests. They do not only sign 6 month leases!! Wrong! I signed a year and was told they don't do 6 month leases....interesting. Staff is a nightmare!! My kids could do a better job.
