Very unhappy Resident ... moving, but not soon enough.

I am new to this area, and chose to rent at Canyon View because it was presented as a safe, comfortable, "family-friendly" place to live. WRONG!!!!!!
Not only is the staff unbelievably inept, but they appear to be dishonest. The area is not kept clean, or in good repair. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! It is unsafe to walk around after dark -- I have started carrying mace when I walk my dog. Drug use and excessive alcohol use is a daily practice by certain other residents. I have a minor child and I do not feel safe here, which is why I am moving.
Not only are the grounds not maintained well, but the apartments are dirty, they have an unpleasant odor, and they are not maintained well, either.
New friends from church will not visit me in these apartments. Not a good recommendation, is it!
I can not recommend this area at all!

Your so full of ---- I walk my dog every night and have no problems what so ever!!! Ahhhh poor you your bible thumping friends won???t come over......GOOD!!!! Like we need more of those!!! As for the office, the people are great even the maintenance guy is awesome he???s the only one there, but he's more then happy to come on his day off to fix anything. And the grounds are kept clean; maybe before you shoot off your mouth you should know all your facts about the company and the employees. Good reddens to ya!

I "love it" when people make such idiots of themselves by foul language, and angry out-bursts. It only confirms what you are trying to deny. And, by the way ... it is funny that you say you don't need those "bible (sic) thumping" people in your complex. What kind would you prefer? Druggies? Alcoholics? Gang-bangers? Maybe just rude, angry, ignorant people? This is really humorous. Thanks for the laugh.
