I have had the pleasure of living at Canyon View apartments for four months now. I have read the reviews and I am shocked that they are almost all negative. I have lived in many apartments through my life here in Vegas, and I find this apartment to be very safe and comfortable. I have two minor daughters and have never had any problems with them walking to or from school or walking the dog. I work late and sometimes have to walk home from the bus after midnight, no problem. In four months I have never seen signs of gang activity, and I feel very safe walking around the area. It is close to everything, and I feel very happy raising my family here. Also, the rent is beyond afordable for the area and school district. The apartments are HUGE compared to other comunities. And as for the management and staff I have had nothing but friendly, prompt service from them. They only offer six month leases, so if you find that you are unhappy you are not tied to a year lease. When my lease is up in two months we are resigning. It is true that the owners of Some dogs do not clean up after them, but I have a dog and always clean up after her as well as the area around. Even if you have a house there will always be people around that do not take care of the neighborhood, just look at the world around you. I am a "Bible Thumper" myself and have no problems having my church friends over. Maybe yours should search their hearts to see why they seem to live in fear and are so judgemental. God says to look on what is on the inside of people and not just their outwardly appearance. If they are so afraid of what a simple apartment complex looks like I am afraid that they may be limited in who they allow to come to church. Just a thought. But if you are looking for a safe place to live, decent rent, a free garage included with opener, and one of the best high schools in Vegas, then Canyon View is for you.

Ha Ha funny office staff again posted the same day as the one above thats a litte weird considering you are not a great place to live. ROTFLMAO
