I have lived here for almost six months and I am screaming to get out. Well let's start off with I have lived in apartments all my life in Las Vegas too and let me tell you this is not the safest nor the cleanest or best-est place to live. We moved in there were bleach spots ALL OVER THE CARPET. wait that's not it get ready for this 8 I say 8 cigarette burns in the carpet. (EWWWWW) Plus cigarette butts in the toilet. It Smelled like cigarettes. The fridge makes a huge clunk sound when it turns on and off. The so called awesome maintenance man when doing 6 month inspection I told him and he said he would fix it and I mean NEVER EVER did he come. My sliding glass door barely shuts and I don't even have a proper bar top keep it from opening. He said he would get me a proper adjacent bar nope NEVER. If you are planning on moving here in the summer or during the summer DONT. My a/c has been frozen off and on. I say off and on only cause I un freeze it with a blow dryer to turn it back on to have it freeze up that night. THEY WONT FIX IT. Office staff sucks. All the mailboxes are about to break open. They all open a little to stick like a butter knife in and pop it out. So much for safe mail. OK wanna talk about safe neighbor hood PIZZA HUT REFUSES TO DELIEVER HERE. There are always people walking around who look and act obscene. DONT MOVE IN EVER. Washer and dryers are big enough for maybe 5 pieces of laundry. Hope you have money for the soap. I am going to be living in a cheaper more affordable place right now for the same thing and it is beautiful and the people are nice . CHEAPER to :)
