This place has gone down hill ever since Melissa left. She was so nice - it used to be a pleasure when going to the office. The black girl (dont know her name) that took her place is rude and inarticulate with a horrible disposition. They act like it is a privilege to give them a rent payment. The maintenance is terrible, they jerry rig everything - nothing gets fixed properly. You would think that for over $1,000 per month that they could afford better sanitation service. The trash is literally over flowing every week whenever I go to the dumpster. Tenants have had to resort to leaving it in the walkway or anywhere they can find space (near the dumpster). Its quite a sight to see trash strewn all over the place at a (supposedly) upscale apartment community in the heart of Summerlin (Vegas most prestigious area). The electronic gates are old, loud, and slow with technology straight out of the 1970s. Overall it is piss poor and I couldnt (in good conscience) recommend it to anyone.

Definately true about the trash, but its really a minor problem - it's a quiet community that is located in a perfect area & sits on an awesome walking trail with lots of parks. I lived here in the past, moved out and then came back - it's better than any community in the area
