PROS: 2 bedroom floor plan is nice and roomy; Lots of open/guests parking stalls in certain parts of the complex; Very quiet neighborhood(for the most part); Clean and safe feeling; Summerlin location.
CONS: Sometimes the entry and exit gates are not working right; Only 1 trash compressor in the entire complex(tough luck if you live on the opposite side); Residents don't always throw their trash in the right spots; People speed through this complex like they are on the Autobahn; Some of the staff come off as "loony".
