I love this place, but coming from Los Angeles, I have lived in much worse and paid a ton more for it, so I guess I am easy to please. I like that the second floor apartments have an indoor stairwell, it makes it feel kind of like a townhouse and in the winter you don't get a draft by the door - since it is downstairs. I love the dual closets, somehow it is still not enough space for my clothes though. All in all, it's quaint, cozy and provides what I need. Management is ok, nothing special, but really I rarely need anything so who cares if they are rude. The trash situation is a little inconvenient, but you get used to it. A small inconveneince for a safe, quiet neighborhood in the heart of Summerlin.
