I hate this apartment. Like another poster my apartment is roach infested. Shortly after moving in they informed us that our kitchen needed to be completely cleared out of all food, pots & pans to be sprayed for roaches. The man they sent sprayed our cabinets only and left. My kitchen, bathroom & laundry room all have roaches. At least once a month they want to respray. These apartments need to be tented and exterminated. I keep my house cleaned constantly to discourage roaches but it doesnt help. My car has been broken into & egged. There is NO security. I had to buy a new car battery from all the little kids setting off my alarm. Maintence never comes out. And forget about trying to call the office. The area is horrible too. Don't move over here unless you have no concern for your life and want to take a chance at being killed. Don't move here if you want something quiet either. Most parents over here DO NOT keep a close eye on their children. STAY AWAY! I though it was a good price but I rather be cramped in a one bedroom in Henderson than a hostage in a two bedroom.
