weve lived here for some time now and havent noticed some of the others problems. roaches are everywhere in this valley. weve lived on all sides of town and really no neighborhood is "rid" of them. the employees are actually quite nice. my nieghbors are all opinionated but they are all generally happy. for goodness sakes we live in apartments! if we owned our own homes we could be pickier! as far as the office, some times they are kind of hard to get a hold of. weve noticed that in the last couple of years quality of people has slightly improved. but after all we are on the east side of las vegas, if we wanted better we would move to summerlin(but they have crime too) anyway, we could all agree that security at night would be greatly appreciated. whatever, we are content and most people we know are too, but these websites are pretty much only posted on when people are pissed off, not just to comment. good luck!!!!
