Like the other rating...when we first moved in everything was good, then as stated the gated NEVER works, there is NOOOO parking and above all else the staff was HORRIBLE! There is only a select few in the office that seem to know what is going on. In one year we have had THREE managers and they can't seem to get things flowing, we always pay our rent early and when our lease was getting ready to expire I had to contact THEM to find out what our rent was going to increase to, and our options, when it came time to SIGN the new lease they then told us it was amount MUCH higher than what was discussed and we had a balance, (which we did not) then they told us we had credits, and not even a month later now we have a balance again, they obviously dont keep accurate records for accounting, nor do they give you a receipt when you pay your rent, they give you a photocopy of your payment which never shows a zero balance. The apartments are nice if they could get their accounting accurate and communication within the office staff better. I would say just stay away!!!! When you mess with peoples money thats never a good thing, you better only need your 1 reserved spot because otherwise youll be on the other end of the complex if not on the street! Not to mention we have had a shooting (supposed to be an isolated incident) and the cops are here periodically but that may be the norm nowadays.
