But I did move out just as new management was taking over. I had a two bedroom facing the swimming pool so I did get a lot of noise but it was an upstairs unit and the view was just beautiful!

The workout room was clean and the property was nicely lit. I only had to call maintenance twice and they were prompt and got everything fixed the first time!

I received notice of my rent increase well before my 30 day notice was due. I chose to move because I wanted to live closer to work but I really miss my apt :0(

I only had one car so parking was not a problem and I never used the jaccuzi but I did notice that it was a kiddy pool by day and a frat boy gathering area at night. Day or night, the pool was always in use so I'd guess that it was kept very clean.

It's also a great location. All the fast food, shopping etc is within a 10 minute drive. If the rent hadn't went up, I probably would have signed another years lease but, when I moved out, I got my security deposit back within 7 days.

I really loved it there!
