Everything seemed great when I signed my lease - but after only my first month (of a 9 month lease) things seemed to go downhill My air unit constantly had problems, my neighbors were often loud, management sucked, some of the maintenance crew were rude, the gate was broken for almost the entire time I lived there, and the pool was usually dirty. For the $900 I was shelling out a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath I could have done better elsewhere.

chapel hill is great the pool is never dirty i see the maitinance gys cleaning all the time the office is good can be rude sometimes but overall the place is great.and the property is very clean well taking care of
