The truth about chapel hill apartments are as follows. Its in a clean, quiet, and nice area, though its a bit of a distance from the strip, which is the only reason why i will not be continueing my lease. Gym is not open 24 hours, would probably be my only complaint. Not a big deal anyways. Staff is pretty chill. If there was ever a problem they would come rite away. I think its really the way you approach things in life in which you will get return. I dont understand how people complain soo much.

True about how people complain. It seems to me that most complaints come from people who have no sense of community. They take loud noise & rowdy behavior as a personal offense upon them, and feel management should police their concerns. Personally I solve all my problems with my neighbors. Be kind & ask in a friendly manner if theres something bothering you, & you will most always be obliged in kind. Also residents need to realize that they live WITH eachother, not NEXT to eachother. Therefore certain issues need to be tolerated, i.e occasional loud parties, foul smells, domestic disputes, occasional police, a brawl or two every so often. Its life, & as long as they choose to live so near to eachother they need to tolerate it to some extent. Management cant solve everything, best they can do is be very selective about their renting prospects, & thats for everyones benefit.
