Lots of roaches and crickets. bug company came every week never any changes untill winter hit. Toilet leaks in the wall. ceiling collapsed in bathroom from tub upstairs. lady next door is the biggest ----- in the world. always in my business looking in through my kitchen window everytime she comes home. gym equipment is not working with "bids out" to get then fixed. pools never been clean when i went there and its really small. car got stolen. exit gate is sometimes open 24 hours a day. can they really make renters insurance mandatory?
