I have lived at Chapel Hill for a year now and have only good things to say. The management is curteous and accomodating and very competant, unlike my usual Las Vegas experiences. I have had minor problems but those are outweighed by the good points. My area is quiet and very clean and I am about to renew for another year. I think one bad apple is posting a lot of bad reviews, but at least you know they are gone. No one ever parks in my spot. The gated entry has always worked fine while I have been here, just be warned that gated access is a false sense of security. All in all I give this community a 4 out of 5 (which is great for Las Vegas).
