I can only expect it ot get better from here. It is honestly the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. I lived here for two weeks before I knew I had upsatairs neighbors! I know that sounds ridiculous but it is true.

Everyone of my neighbors I have encountered have been polite and said hello. I do see the occasional bug outside but none in the house yet.

I called maintenance once and they came the same day.

The only time I have had someone park in my spot was on accident when one of my new nieghbors moved in and one suppossed to be one spot over.

I do see the occasionaly person who hasnt picked up after htier dog while I am out walking mine, but it isnt very often and I havent stepped in anything yet LOL!

The storage in this place is unbelievable! There is a linen closet in each bathroom! plus the vanity are huge, I really think they are big enough to have double sinks.
