Maintenance guy cannot fix ANYTHING. I have a bread twisty-tie holding together the toilet tank components! He Jerry-rigs EVERYTHING or CAN'T fix it!!

I paid a TON in deposits, the landlady is greedy and waives NOTHING. EVER!!
High rent late-fee and NO LENIENCE, even for extreme circumstances.

Landlady acts like and looks like Cruella Deville from 101 Dalmations and even smokes those long cigarettes. Office NOT OPEN weekends.
You pay $200 cleaning fee, $200 deposit, $250 PET deposit.I think $100-some Administration fee.
Overall, it costed me close to $2,000 to move in here originally!! JUST THE OFFICE Fees, not counting MOVING itself expenses!!

You pay $5 to get the KEY to the pool area! Geez!!!

My one-bedroom is $695 plus $22 water/trash fee. You must pay $751 monthly.

You cannot get Section 8 housing assistance here because IT IS OVERPRICED for the bad neighborhood it's in!!

It is a gated community and the gates always BREAK OPEN and stay open, often for a month at a time. The gates did not stop ME from getting home robbed here in 2007!

Parking is often hogged up, first come first serve.

There are LOUD jets from Nellis Airforce Base right overhead in daytime. Makes it nearly impossible to sleep or nap in daytime. If outdoors,you cannot even scream loud enough to be heard over the planes/jets from airforce base that is 2 stoplights north of there.

When they empty the dumpsters, trash flies all over the premises and STAYS THERE! It is nasty and TRASHY. literally! Not always trash on ground, but oftentimes.

Landscaping is pretty flowers and sparkly lava rock.
There is a fitness center hardly NO ONE uses because the landlady stares and watches you workout to make sure you don't vandalize the equipment! uh, self conscious, anyone' No privacy!

I have lived here almost 2 years and am moving somewhere AFFORDABLE!
The ONLY good thing about this place is having a washer/dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

I can BUY THOSE and have installed in another CHEAPER apartment that at least has a GOOD maintenance person! these apartments greedily drained ALL My money dry!!
Rarely heard the upstairs neighbors, pretty well insulated and darn noise-proof!! really!

Not too many kids at all in this apartment complex...

Homeless dig thru the dumpsters late at night.

NO shootings, no drugs that I know of...
