THE MAINTENANCE GUY CANNOT FIX ANYTHING, I HAVE A PROBLEMS ON MY APARTMENT, I TOLD THEM 3 MONTHS AGO, BUT THEY NEVER FIXIT, AND THE GATE ALWAYS OPEN, THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS, SOME NEIGHBORS TOLD ME THEY HADE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE MAINTENANCE GUY.
