I really liked the apartment we were in. Of course there were the occasional noisey neighbor or loud car, but the apartments themselves were nice. We had very few problems while living there. When we first moved in there was a piece of carpet that was patched and I made sure to note it on the move in papers, and when we moved out they charged us our full deposit for the carpet. I know the carpet wasn't dirty, only normal wear and tear. They changed management companies while we lived there. I do have to admit that the first management company was great. The second was ok, but they let things go for a while. Like the lawns and the trash. Before we moved out, however, things were looking up for the place. I would recommend this place over others.
