This, by far, was the worst apartment I ever lived in. The 1st management was amazing - then it was bought out - and we got stuck with lazy, invisible mgmt. The pool was shut down by the Health Dept. (check their records)2 times. In fact I went to take my kids one day - and people were swimming in a green pool. One child not more than 4 years old was always slipping into the pool area - unattended. Her mother lived on the other side of the complex and never got evicted after numerous complaints to mgmt. I feel real sorry for you if you live near the "park". Graffitti everywhere - broken gate - broken playground - baby wanna be gangsters you have to tell off because they mess with all the little kids and teach them to speak unsavory language. My kids were not allowed to play outside because of this. Mgmt did nothing. I had two seperate neighbors - one I called the police on and they got taken away for domestic violence - the other I called mgmt on all the time for their music - really bad sexually explicit lyrics at full blast - kids getting high upstairs - couldn't sleep. The 3 strikes rule just doesn't exist as they say. The grounds have been disgusting since last mgmt left - and at one point there was no landscaping for about 2 months. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Break ins on cars, homes, you name it. Cops were always there. Just because some people never come out of their homes - or are not there as much - doesn't mean this doesn't happen there. p.s. people will constantly park in your space if your space so happens to be in front of their building - totally sucks!

Management can't do anything about how their tenants talk, nor can they do anything about the content of your neighbors music, and if people are getting high upstairs, you should be calling the cops. They can't do anything without any evidence, anyway. I've never seen or heard of any break ins, and if there are...IT'S LAS VEGAS! AND AN APARTMENT COMPLEX! Of course there's going to be a few break ins. That'll happen in a nice house, too. And you're whining about the child by the pool being unattended, yet you let your children play outside in an apartment complex unattended? I would NEVER let my children out unattended in an apartment complex, no matter how nice it is.
