Id say im 50/50 whether this is a good place to live.
The pool has been shut down a couple times this year by the health department, and the hot tub is finally fixed after about 3 months.
They also like to close the office a little early, makes it hard to pay the rent when I get home just before they are SUPPOSED to close.
I have only see 2 bugs in my apartment, but I'm also on the second floor.

They close at 6PM, most close at 5PM. Get over it.
