Compared to where I was living before I demanded to be moved. I guess beggars can't be choosers. I lived on the ground floor, near the pool. (Nice view for me), but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my windows open due to safety issues. I never had a parking problem, my assigned spot was near my building and there was usually an empty one open even closer. I did have a noisy upstairs neighbor though, alot of stomping and loud noise....(sounds like she was going to fall right through the floor). The pool was decent and the hot tub had to be shut down once while I lived there. The floor plan is quite small for the 1 bedroom but overall it was a nice apartment, no bugs, clean, never had to call maintenance for anything.

Overall I would recommend it.
